Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will I get my order?

If your item is not a pre-order, it leaves the warehouse between 1-2 business days in most cases. This applies to any item that ships via normal carrier. Approximately 90% of our orders will arrive within 3 business days once it is shipped out.

Any items that ship via freight will take longer to ship and each product that does ship via freight will state this on the web page and give you an estimate of how long it takes to be shipped.

Can I pay for expedited or overnight shipping?

Expedited/overnight shipping is not an option because the cost to do so is typically greater than the cost of the product itself. (EXAMPLE: Two-day/overnight shipping is usually $400+ when compared to the regular ground service which is included in your purchase on our site.)

Do you ship outside the USA?

Products from us are only able to be shipped to the lower 48 United States via ground service. We ask that any product purchased from us not be taken outside of the U.S. for warranty purposes.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and/or Puerto Rico but we do not offer free shipping to such locations. If you are interested in having an item shipped to these locations please email us at info@electrickidcars.com and we will provide you with a shipping cost estimate.

Can I purchase a spare battery so my child can have longer play time?

Yes. However, most vehicles only give the option of charging through the vehicle’s charging port. It takes roughly 15 minutes to remove the battery in most vehicles because they are mounted in the vehicle. With that said, we can provide links to replacement batteries if needed.

Can these ride on vehicles handle rain/water?

No. These are plastic toys made with electronic components, so any rain or water can damage these components and the vehicle may not be usable. You may drive through small puddles, but direct rain/water to the dash, hood, or seating areas can ruin components. DO NOT drive during rain. DO NOT store vehicles outside when not in use. DO NOT wash vehicles with a spray hose or power washer. We suggest using a washcloth or sponge and carefully washing the body if needed. DO NOT allow any electronics to get wet.

How fast are the 12V and 24V kid cars?

The max speed of the 12V ride on cars ranges from 3mph to 7mph depending on the model. The max speed of the 24V ride on cars ranges from 5 mph to 9mph depending on the model

Are ride on kid cars safe?
